VICTORIA’S LOOKING PICTURE PERFECT IN 2017

Victoria’s diverse locations and world-class facilities will take centre stage in 2017, with a number of major Australian and international projects due to commence production around the state.

Docklands Studios Melbourne will see production commence on Peter and Michael Spierig’s supernatural thriller Winchester, starring Oscar-winning actress Helen Mirren.

Winchester will be joined at Docklands Studios Melbourne by sci-fi thriller Stem, helmed by home-grown director Leigh Whannell and starring Prometheus’ Logan Marshall-Green.

Located only five minutes from the city centre, Docklands Studios Melbourne offers state-of-the-art, dry-hire facilities for film and television production. The studios are easily accessible to all major motorways, Melbourne airport and surrounding regional areas.

The Macedon region will provide an evocative backdrop for the much-anticipated mini-series Picnic at Hanging Rock, which will also feature a range of unique Melbourne and regional locations.
