Industry colleagues, collaborators, and partners joined The Rebel Fleet to celebrate the opening of its new Gold Coast facility, enjoying tours, lively conversations, and shared food and drinks.

The purpose-built facility features six multi-purpose suites, a full workshop, DIT and video assist equipment rental, and a dedicated area for pipeline creation and validation. These capabilities enable multiple productions to be serviced simultaneously, strengthening The Rebel Fleet’s ability to support projects filming in Queensland and across Australia.

The new location keeps The Rebel Fleet close to the local industry, fostering side-by-side relationships with vendors and crew. This proximity helps create genuine creative partnerships, as well as pathways for training, upskilling, and collaboration.

The Rebel Fleet’s proprietary platform, Konsol, extends these capabilities beyond the physical space. By packaging and delivering metadata from set to post, Konsol provides cleaner, more predictable data – supporting better collaboration and saving valuable time across departments.
