Ausfilm member Entertainment Partners has appointed Ben Kennedy as Director of Operations for Australia and New Zealand, strengthening its executive leadership team as the company continues to expand its support for productions across the region.

Kennedy brings more than 20 years of experience spanning operations, finance, business transformation and technology-led growth across the media, content production and healthcare sectors. Most recently serving as CEO and CFO of Australian healthcare group Sana Health, he previously spent a decade with Paramount-owned CBS Interactive, leading APAC business operations across brands including CNET, GameSpot and ZDNet.

In his new role, Kennedy will oversee operational strategy, service delivery, process optimisation and capability development across Entertainment Partners’ Australia and New Zealand business.

The appointment comes at a time of significant change for the screen sector, as productions increasingly navigate evolving business models, technology transformation and growing operational complexity. Dubois said Entertainment Partners remains focused on delivering the infrastructure, expertise and services required to support the future of production across Australia and New Zealand.
