Ausfilm hosted a Visual Effects Society Awards mixer in Los Angeles in 2025, bringing the VFX community together to reconnect and reflect on an outstanding year of work.

Held on the evening prior to the awards, the event provided an opportunity for Australian members to connect with global clients and industry peers attending the VES Awards the following night. The mixer also spotlighted nominees, including Australian artists and companies recognised for their contribution to world-class productions.
