An experienced business leader and strategic growth consultant, with over 20 years working with national and international clients in the public and private sectors, Judy is a valuable addition to the Elysium Studios team.

With a background in Computer Science, Judy floated her first company on the ASX after 12 years. As the CEO of Salt Health Solutions, she ran an aid program in India covering the tenants of health, education, capacity building, women’s empowerment and poverty reduction.

Throughout her career Judy has excelled due to an ability to think creatively and strategically and to convert these ideas into practical solutions. She has a wealth of experience consulting to public and private sector clients in Australia and in the Asia-Pacific region, and is equally adept at matching products to markets and driving business culture to realise tangible results. She believes it is not enough to understand the roles of business and government, one must have empathy, passion and commitment. As a woman in business and as a parent, Judy is passionate about justice, sustainability and equal rights.
