With a focus on building effective teams, talent management, and career development, Caitlin is currently a Senior Artist Manager at Netflix Animation Studios, Sydney.
With over 15 years’ experience, she has worked at Rising Sun Pictures, Double Negative (London and Vancouver) and Animal Logic, managing teams across the pipeline, from Camera Tracking to Compositing, and everything in between.
Collaborating with production and supervision teams she has supported the successful delivery of projects from TVC to feature film across both VFX and Animation.
Throughout her career Caitlin has fostered new talent and industry connections, partnering with educational institutions, and facilitating internship initiatives.
